Entrepreneur's Dilemma: Whether to follow your gut; or not to!
Conducted an excellent panel discussion last week with good set of panelists and audience. The discussion started by defining the actual definition of the so called Gut Feeling, with the panelists giving varied examples and case studies, the discussion was super interactive.The questions from the 30+ audience were well handled & answered by the 3 panelists. While the moderator not only made it even more nicer by choosing and elaborating on right questions, he also had the sense of humour to give the discussion an edge.
I always felt that a panel discussion is only successful if we answer ALL the questions from the audience. Otherwise, it becomes just one-way talk (gyan). Only when the panelists are allowed to take as many questions as possible, the audience wouldn't see the real value. Thats what I ensure in all my discussions. Like we say in business 'Customer First'! :)
